Emma has an MFA in Acting from The New School for Drama. She has worked with Academy Award Winning director Tom Hooper and Tony Award Winning director Ivo Van Hove. She is currently one of the comedy actors at FLAMA (Univision’s Funny or Die) and Mas Mejor (the Horatio Sanz/Broadway Video channel). Emma's first off-broadway show was featured as a “NYC Top Pick” in Time Out Magazine. Emma’s richly believable portrayals include: Yazmin in Water by the Spoonful (2012 Pulitzer Prize for Drama), Lourdes in Rebecca Gilman’s Luna Gale, Winnie in Happy Days, and the lead in Sara Kane’s 4.48 Psychosis.
Emma produces, writes and performs in her webseries BUTS which is nominated for a 2016 Imagen Award (Latin Golden Globes). She was honored with a Healthcare Advertising Gold Award for her work with the Partnership Against Domestic Violence. Previously a recipient of the Ruth and Harold Newman Scholarship for excellence in acting.
As a producer, she continues to be inspired by her producing mentor Andrew Fierberg. She is currently producing her first documentary.
